Sub-Platforms

A few video game platforms has modified platforms which used the majority of the same hardware, but with big enough differences to warrant new ROMs. In order to distinguish a ROM modified to run on the modified hardware, these modified flags are used. These should only be used if the ROM differs from the release on the original hardware. For example, if a game is released on an online console, but it uses an identical ROM, it should not be given a new flag.
