Mega Man VI, known in Japan as ロックマン6 史上最大 の 戦い!! [Rokkuman Shikkusu: Shijo Saidai no Tatakai!!] Rockman 6: The Greatest Battle in History!!, is a platform action game that takes place in the future. You play Rock, a house robot turned into a fighting machine to save the world from the evil robots of Dr. Wily. Each enemy boss has his own stage that must be infiltrated. When you defeat a boss robot, you take their powers to use on the remaining robots.
This is the sequel to Mega Man V (NES), and was followed up by Mega Man VII (SNES).
