Wrath of the Black Manta, known in Japan as 忍者COPサイゾウ [Ninja COP Saizou] Ninja COP Saizou, is a platform beat-em-up with similarities to Shinobi (NES) and Rolling Thunder (NES). You play as the Black Manta trying to take down a drug enterprise that is kidnapping children.
